About Michelle Morisi, L.Ac., Dipl. O.M.
Michelle is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist. She received her master’s degree in acupuncture and certificate in Chinese herbal medicine from the Academy for Five Element Acupuncture in Gainesville, Florida. She is licensed through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine and certified through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She offers acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, tui na, and Chinese herbal medicine. Michelle is also a certified Fengyang qigong instructor.
After years of working for wellness centers, reading books about Asian culture and spiritual practices, and taking an Eastern Religion course, Michelle learned about the intricacies of Chinese medicine—the whole system to which its most popular facet, acupuncture, belongs. It felt like coming home. This is much the same way she felt when she first stepped into the Wu Healing Center—a space which, to Michelle, embodies the true spirit of Chinese medicine.
