Pass Kidney Stones Easily and Naturally

Passing kidney stones does not need to be the agonizing (or even invasive) process that you may have heard about!

Guang Jin Qian Cao belongs to the category of herbs that drain dampness (diuretics)

Guang Jin Qian Cao (Desmodium Styracifolium) is a traditional Chinese herbal remedy that has been used for over 3,000 years to treat a variety of ailments: Rheumatism, fever, asthma, typhoid fever, dysentery, wounds, malaria, hepatitis, hemoptysis, urolithiasis, bladder diseases, stranguria, bile stasis, and inflammatory diseases.

Watch this testimonial to see the results of Dr. Wu’s patient, who consumed tea made with this herb:

Instructions:

Morning: Cook 60 grams (2 ounces) of the raw herb in 2 cups of water. Simmer down until 1 cup of liquid remains. Consume. Do not discard herbs - these will be used again in the afternoon.

Afternoon/Evening: Take the morning herbs and again boil them with 2 cups of water until 1 cup of liquid remains. Consume.

Repeat for 7 days

Note: In the case study above, the patient suffered from heat and dampness in the bladder and kidney. Dr. Wu added Fu Ling (which drains dampness) to her protocol, as well as Che Qian Zi (plantain) which promotes urination. Either the seed or the herb can be used for Che Qian Zi. These are two herbs that you may want to also consider incorporating depending on your symptoms/diagnosis and after consulting with your TCM practitioner.
